JUST PERFECT!!

I am really happy with my RTIC 30 ounce mug, keeps ice up to 24 hours. But the sipping site on the lid remained open, without a closing option. When I learned Thermik made a slide lid that might fit my RTIC, I was so happy! I ordered 2 (1 for me, 1 for my partner) and they fit perfectly. I had already also already ordered from Thermik 2 handles for our mugs. Thank you! Brenda

It does not stay open when drinking, I have to hold it open. It also doesn't stop spills.

Slide Proof Lid - works poorly

Lid slides shut when cup is tipped to drink. Doesn't stay open without being held. Not pleasant to have to use two hands to drink.

DOES NOT FIT WAL-MART 30 oz CUPS

I bought this lid because I thought a 30 oz. lid would fit ALL 30 oz. cups. But the cup I had was from Wal-Mart. I found out they are NOT all the same size. It did not fit my cup at all, neither did the big orange handle. So I bought a cup from Yeti, cuz I love the Tahoe Blue color & the orange handle w/blue cup would be good together (Warrior colors-sort of) The lid I bought from Thermik is good, but I think I will buy the straw top lid from from Yeti. I have had too many spills in the car with this one, as I use a straw for drinking Diet Pepsi, ice tea, & lemon aide about 90% of the time. Plus, it is clear so I can easily see inside & I like the way the straw hole is perfectly fitted to the staw & you get both the lid & straw together. (if you made lids to fit the Wal-Mart/Target cups, I think you would sell out of them!)
